Bodyweight Exercise Principles For Success In Life!


You do know that it all starts with you? Everything in your life starts with you. Are you happy with what you have or do you want more?

The answer is we want more! This is a fundamental law of nature - progress, expansion & fuller expression. It is natural and healthy to want give more, enjoy more and have more.

Many of us have been conditioned to believe that wanting more is a bad thing, but this could not be further from the truth. One simple example is with money. Will it be easier to help those in need, if you have a full wallet, or an empty one?

When you have surplus money you can put it to good use whenever you want and enjoy the good feeling that this gives you.

There are only two directions you can take in life, in every aspect of your life you're either growing or dying, and not many of us are ready to die. Again, its your choice.

All satisfaction in life comes from growth, progress and achievement - its only natural. Using the training principles taken from bodyweight exercises, work out what you need to do -

1) So figure out where you are now. Give yourself a score out of 10 on the following subjects - health & fitness - wealth - relationships.

2) decide what you want and when - write it down,

3) write down your plan to get there. Remember a bad plan is better than no plan!

What improvements can you make today? "A journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step." So get started!

We recommend you start with your physical fitness. When you can take control of your outer body, you will look, feel and do better. You will have more energy to infuse every other part of your being, and really achieve the results you truly desire in your life.

There's never a better time than now, so if its something that you've been neglecting then start with 10 push ups, and ten free squats and promise to do just one more tomorrow, and every day for the next week.
