Baja Mini Bikes: Are They Safe for Children to Ride?

Children like to play with miniatures. They have their doll houses, toy cell phones, toy guitars, and even toy vehicles. But older children may have more adventurous tastes, and want for toys that are - well, still miniatures, but are flashier, more expensive, and more functional. Mini bikes are among such toys.
